The Foundation :
It was probably the oldest discovery when a hand axe was found in Basel in 1998. was found in Basel in 1998, the same year that our foundation the beginning of its 25-year history as a cultural center. The renovation began under the supervision and support of the archaeology, the Monuments Office and the cathedral architect. 20 years ago, the Bartels Fondation "Zum Kleinen Markgräflerhof" with official legitimization "beider" Basel. The property is located on the bend of the Rhine and has been an international an international waypoint from Rome, across the Alps, down to the and then down the Rhine via Mainz and Trier to Xanten. Today, artists from many countries meet here to exchange ideas on a small scale.For several months, I was a scholarship holder at the Bartels Fondation and am represented with my artistic works at the anniversary exhibition represented.
